Thanx and Merry Christmas, Like Ed said,,,,I'd try it as a package starting in March,,,but if not sold by end of April,,,,,sell off the parts and return it to stock condition. Most first time buyers of Prowlers are looking for stock cars [because of price] and don't consider the mods additional costs. When that situation occurs,,,you'd be lucky to get 20 cents on a dollar return investment on the add-ons. Parting it back to stock,,is work, but may return you more $$. JMO Well, DUH!!! LOL Good luck on the sale. Richard This message has been edited by Richard Jackson on 12-19-2005 at 04:15 PM Thanx again everyone and Merry Christmas! This message has been edited by ed monahan on 12-19-2005 at 08:16 PM anxiety2001 Hello everyone. This spring I will be selling my Kat. O1 orange w/600 miles. Tgf hartop, tom mills rearpan w/ completley stock exhaust and length, tom mills turn signals, realrod waterfall, tgf doorpanel inserts(orange),tgf chrome headrests, 300m chrome shifter, mopar splash gaurds, custom flannel lined fitted cover, all stock parts w/150 miles on them. Kat is spotless and mint. Inside of rims are as nice as the outside. I was at the dells last summer with my nephew so some of you might remember the car.I'm the original owner. Should I return the car to stock and sell the parts seperate? Any advice would be appricated!
Jeffed monahan Jeff, I would start out trying to sell it as a package. If you are not getting any interest within two weeks I would consider taking it back to stock and re-listing it. I would definitely post it here but also on eBay.
Your car is not overdone so it will appeal to most people who like Prowlers. I doubt if you would net a whole lot more by parting out the aftermarket parts but no one knows that for sure. The shifter, headrest covers and other lower dollar parts would sell quickly. The hardtop might take a little longer and then you would need to sell a basically stock orange Prowler. You need the right person to see it, either way you choose. It only takes one buyer and if you can drive it so they can see it in the sunshine, it will be more impressive than any ad. I would start trying to sell it in early March.

If you don't get your asking price, try selling the waterfall, hardtop, shifter, headrest covers and carcover seperately but leave the rear pan and front turnsignal kit on the car. pumpkin Good luck on the sell, good advise given.
